Designed for modern gentlemen


Elegance, classicism and refinement are all traits of a proper gentleman, but the key element is to remain modest and humble. Simplicity will always be an essential part of his life and his classic timepiece will be there to accompany him on his journey. Minimalistic to the core, the Frederique Constant Classics Index Automatic comes in two versions: stainless steel (ref. FC-303MS5B6) and rose gold-plated stainless steel (ref. FC-303MV5B4). Both models are 40 mm wide and water resistant to 50 meters. The cases also include a delicately decorated winding crown and a transparent sapphire caseback. The stainless steel and rose gold-plated model both feature an elegant silver-colored dial with guilloché decoration, applied Roman numeral indexes and exquisite feuille-style hands. The stainless steel model has pearl black hands and hour indexes while the rose gold-plated version features hands and indexes that match the case. In terms of functions, the dials are simple and straightforward, displaying only hours, minutes, central seconds and date at 3 o’clock.

Powering these two classical pieces is the caliber FC-303 with 26 jewels. Visible through the transparent sapphire caseback, it is based on the Sellita’s SW200-1 movement. The self-winding caliber FC-303 beats at a frequency of 28,800 vibrations per hour and offers a power reserve of approximately 38 hours. Completing the two Frederique Constant Classics Index Automatic models is a stylish alligator leather strap, black for the stainless steel model and dark brown for the rose gold-plated version. Both straps are secured with a pin buckle that matches the case.
